Alongside my experience of working with traumatised clients, I have studied use of The Rewind Technique under Dr David Muss in London (Rewind founder Dr David Muss who works with war veterans and other severely traumatised individuals). I also offer the evidence-based EMDR method used within NHS settings to help those experiencing symptoms of PTSD & other traumas (eg flash backs, night terrors, bodily sensations, & relationship difficulties etc.EMDR sessions £80
